my run worked up quite an appetite, and i started thinking about what i wanted to have for breakfast after about the halfway point
- wallaby vanilla bean yogurt
- large handful synergy flakes
- large handful granola
- 10 or so cherries, pitted & halved
- handful blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- ALMOND BUTTER



i took our company's international visitors out last night-- 1 from ireland, 1 from the uk--to dinner and then to the grocery store to get a few essentials (they are staying in a company apartment). i always seem to forget how different food can be across the atlantic. we went to lilly's pizza for dinner (fab place, which happens to be about 1 mile from the apartment), and after scanning the menu for at least 10 minutes, overwhelmed, one of them asked me, "so, what are pies?" no wonder they were overwhelmed
i also noticed that it's no longer a big deal for me to go to that pizza place, or any place, really. so i can definitely see the progress i've made...
i really wish i could get up and then nap again! i really can't do it (i do however enjoy a nice afternoon nap when i can!)
