- 2 oz. roast beef
- 1/2 oz. each emmentaler and aged gouda
- handful caramelized walnuts
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 cup trader joe's harvest grain & israeli couscous blend, made w/ chicken broth
- herbed greens
- honey-cider-olive oil-pepper vinaigrette
sometimes i get nervous over big composed salads, but this seemed like just the right amount. and now i want tea and cookies!
