i made a simple bowl:
- 1/3 c oats, 1/3 c vanilla soymilk, 1/3 c water, 1/2 banana
- topped with: 1/2 coconut cream larabar + spoonful almond butter
i'm off to neomonde for lunch, where a mediterranean feast is surely to be had. i love all that stuff... falafel, baba ghanouj, tabouli, fresh pita... and you know what? i'm not nervous. i'll eat what i want and stop when i want... i may eat a larger lunch than usual (and i may want to end my meal with a piece of baklava...), but if so i'll probably eat a smaller dinner. it'll all work out (is this meeeee talking?!?!).
i am guessing this is a DATE at neomonde!!! yay, have fun.

ReplyDeletemmm i love cottage cheese. almost forgot to pick some up yesterday but the checkout line was so long that i left my cart and made a beeline for the dairy dept. and i got full-fat kind for once (the expiration date was later, the nutrition really isn't all that bad, and i decided why not!).
