the coffeeshop was freezing, so when i came home i wanted something warm. plus i thought my dinner was a bit skimpy. so i made a mini bowl of oats:
- 1/3 c oats, 1/3 c vanilla soymilk, 1/3 c water, 1/3 banana
- topped w/ 1 T dark chocolate dreams
and of course, as of late, i started regretting my decision shortly after finishing. i did some calorie counting. c'mon rebecca, a 260 cal bowl of oats is no big deal for an evening snack. and besides, you aren't supposed to be counting calories. remember?!?!
The fact that you are able to hear that rational voice is huge!
