perfectionism.

perhaps it's the perfectionist in me... but i'm not all that excited by the placemat i just finished. i'm teaching the pattern in a class, so i had to finish it... and the materials were free... but i don't know, there's something about it that i just don't like. maybe i'll change my mind later. i'm blocking (shaping) it now, hence all the pins.
