i made myself a simple bowl of oatbran plus some milky coffee:
- 1/3 c oatbran (trying 1/3 rather than 1/2 because sometimes 1/2 feels like a ton)
- 1/3 c vanilla soymilk, 1/3 c water
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 T flaxmeal
- toppings: raisins, microwave-toasted almond pieces, brown sugar, T almond butter
simple, yet satisfying. i am going to work the morning from home and then go into work later... i have a couple meetings i have to go to this afternoon.
