i made a massive bowl of oat bran, which i'm currently enjoying. this bowl is most definitely going to hold me over until lunch:
- 1/2 c oat bran
- 1/3 c vanilla soymilk, 2/3 c water (used up a container of soymillk-- usually i do 1/2 and 1/2)
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 cashew cookie larabar
- 3 dates, snipped
- sprinkling of chocolate chips! (got another baggie from the bulk aisle)
- spoonful almond butter
Now those are some fantastic oat additions!
