perfect tea

i really wanted tea after dinner, but i also really wanted my kitchen to be clean... i had stuck dishes from this morning's breakfast/lunch prep in the sink because my dishwasher needed emptying. and then i added my dinner dishes to that... so i made myself clean up before making my cup of tea. i did have a square of dark chocolate right after dinner, though.

rooibos loose tea mix steeping...

plus probably around 3 oz. vanilla soymilk, heated, and a couple generous squeezes of honey

perfect! i'm not sure i feel that much better from tuesday's sob session, but i'm much more numb, for whatever that's worth...
