i feel slightly better now that it is getting close to bedtime. i had a small but comforting snack:
square chili dark chocolate
rooibos tea made with 3-4 oz. vanilla soymilk and 1-2 tsp rock can sugar. like a vanilla tea latte!my chocolate container is cute. i got it at a japanese store a couple years ago:


off to finish up laundry, pay bills, and get ready for zzzzz. i can't wait for my sunrise run tomorrow.
