i taught class tonight from 6:30-8:30... and i wasn't super hungry beforehand, so i got a cup of soup from whole foods, next door. i chose "
tomato noodle," and it was thick with noodles... almost like a soupy spaghetti. it filled me up nicely. i wasn't all that hungry by the time i got home at 9, but i knew i needed something more... so i dug out an OATMEAL PACKET (gasp)! i have a few of these left from before i switched over to stovetop, and now i just want to use them up. although, it was definitely convenient.
made with 1/3 c soymilk, 1/3 c water, and topped with 2 dates, a sprinkling of chocolate chips, and a small spoonful of almond butter. like a mini-breakfast bowl!
i hope this weekend doesn't bring too much stress (weekends can at times be difficult for me), because i need a break!
I hope it's less stressful too. tomorrow is Friday!
