i needed lots of coffee with my breakfast this morning:
- 1/3 c oats, 1/3 c vanilla soymilk, 1/3 c water
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 c pumpkin (stirred in towards the end)
- pinch pumpkin pie spice
- 2 dates, snipped
- scant T white chocolate chunks
- ginger-o' cookie
- tsp pumpkin butter
- spoonful almond butter
i always get like this... guilty after a bowl with more "decadent" toppings. i'm trying to fight it... because a healthy diet is all about balance, and i think overall i'm quite balanced. so that means it's the ED and not reality...

I hope at some point I am able to recognize my ED voice like you do. I have a really hard time with that. Have a good day!
ReplyDeleteDon't feel guilty about the toppings at all! You eat really healthily all day, plus you exercise. I think it's great!
