just woke up from a yummy 1.5 hour nap. srsly, who wakes up at 7 a.m. on a sunday?! by 10:15 i was totally wiped. when i woke up, i was hungry!
i decided to use up the smoked turkey (deli meats are the hardest for me to use up since they only last a few days), and made a turkey cheese melt.
smoked turkey and monterey jack on whole wheat, with mustard (mustard is awesome when baked), yellow bell pepper with a bit of roasted garlic hummus, strawberries, and leftover coffee from this morning, with milk
