today was stressful and tiring. presentation went fine, blah blah blah. but by 2 i was ready for an espresso shot or two. i started getting hungry at about 4, but i decided to wait it out and have an early dinner before class... so i never ended up eating my afternoon snack. at whole foods i bought a serving of spinach-walnut-gorgonzola salad and 1/2 a fajita chicken wrap from the deli counter, plus a bottle of tangerine juice. it was a really nice combination.
now, at 9:45, i'm finishing up this bowl. i was quite hungry and was craving something cold and crunchy.
it feels good to be back on track.
