i'm losing energy... i think working from home is a bit hard, in that you get too relaxed. i decided to make a cup of the pumpkin tea that has kept me up all night... i figure at 3 p.m. it is pretty safe, and i'd like to wake up a bit right now.
my run made me quite hungry for lunch, so i decided to have snack with my tea:
vanilla chobani, grapes, around 1/2 cup golean cereal, and a T apple butter (random, but it was a good idea)
** 1 dairy, 1 fruit, 1/2 starch, 1 other **

feeling quite full now. suspecting a late dinner, but who knows.
