i'm really happy with the care i took to make this lunch... really only around 10 minutes... it has all kinds of flavors and textures:
- wild rice tempeh + avocado + sweet ginger chili sauce on my mom's fab artisan multigrain bread w/ walnuts
 - carrots, red bell pepper
 - chobani plain + heart2heart
 - an orange
 


better than any meal out!
after the hike, shower, lunch... i think a nap may be in order soon...
