look at all the food groups. . .

phew! i wanted everything for lunch just now... just got back from a 6 mile hike at the state park.

i'm really happy with the care i took to make this lunch... really only around 10 minutes... it has all kinds of flavors and textures:
  • wild rice tempeh + avocado + sweet ginger chili sauce on my mom's fab artisan multigrain bread w/ walnuts
  • carrots, red bell pepper
  • chobani plain + heart2heart
  • an orange

better than any meal out!

after the hike, shower, lunch... i think a nap may be in order soon...
