today's drama at work wore me out. having snack now and then i'm gonna go read in bed. too tired to even crochet any more (but i did almost finish the legs for a pair of baby overalls i'm making as a present). going to try to meet my goal of going to bed at a reasonable hour. i doctored up my afternoon snack that i missed (cottage cheese and peaches) with muesli and a drizzle of honey. and it was a good concoction

1/2 cup cottage cheese, peach, ~1/4 cup muesli, honey drizzle** 1 dairy, 1 fruit, 1 starch, 1 other ** and the daily totals:
9 starch
2 dairy
6 protein
2.5 fruit
4 veg
6 otherso far, so good.
