into the mix:
- 1/2 cup 1% milk (i may go back to my old standby - soymilk - but i had just picked up some 1% at whole foods for a recipe so i figured i'd try it)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 T ground flax
- 1 T maple syrup
- handful caramalized walnuts, chopped
- generous spoonful almond butter
oh, and progress on the baby overalls! i really haven't been crocheting all that much recently, but i finally got the pieces done (except for a small colorful pocket for the front but that won't take long). i'm currently blocking (pinning to size) the top part, but i laid out all the pieces so you can see what the back will look like, eventually. the sewing together actually takes a while (partly because i'm a perfectionist) so there's a bit of work until the end product, but it's definitely coming together nicely!
so thankful that i'm feeling better... off to start a (hopefully) productive day!
