at least i woke up hungry for breakfast.
mix pb puffins, heritage flakes, vanilla soymilk, and the last of my frozen cherries. the cherries i buy are usually $2.99 at whole foods (which is a good price as is) but they were on sale for $1.99 this week, which meant they were all sold out.

lunch packed:
perhaps my favorite lunch - banana and almond butter. i use a heavy hand with the almond butter and cut the banana into thick slices (entire banana used). and a plum. who says every lunch has to include veggies?

i'm planning ahead for snacks/dinner, as i won't get home until 9 or so tonight-- i'm teaching another crochet class. i decided that instead of eating dinner @ quarter to 6 (which usually means i end up skipping my p.m. snack because the meals would be too close together), i will have a larger p.m. snack and then will dine on easy leftovers when i get home. so i packed:
afternoon snack - muesli bar plus some sort of milk/drink from whole foods (next door to yarn store where i teach).
this should hold me over pretty well until dinner

You work in a yarn store, right next to a WF? I am jealous. Your food looks GOOD - and did you just post that pic of yourself? I never noticed it before. It's cute. :)
ReplyDeletewell i only work there around 1x/week (if that) because i teach crochet classes in the evenings. and yes, i just put up the picture... figured it's OK to be not quite as anonymous! =)
