oh wait...

... having dinner @ 9 doesn't mean i can skip my night snack. oops.

i was adding up my totals for the day and noticed they were a bit low... especially given that i had gone running... and i realized hmm yeah 1 less snack.

so i'm REALLY not hungry now but it's 2 minutes to 10 so...

blended greek honey yogurt + apple (eaten dipped into the yogurt )
