... with a real dinner. i thought about cooking but really didn't want to be in the kitchen longer than i had to in case my stomach started acting up again, so i bought prepared food from the hot bar @ whole foods that i think follows the advice from my nutritionist.
rosemary chicken (lightly seasoned), mashed sweet potatoes, cooked carrots in some sort of light glaze, plus some gatorade (per my sister's rec - she's a doc)

i think these are all stomach-friendly foods - starchy veggies, protein, no real strong flavors/spices. 1/2way through and so far stomach feels ok.
i'm sorry all these recent posts are about how my gi tract is handling the food... i can't wait til this is over too!
