the run was nice-- a bit hard but energizing. after a shower i found myself craving a hearty bowl of soup.
can amy's split-pea soup (low-sodium but def not lacking salt imho), toasted whole wheat pita for dunking, baby carrots, pumpkin spice tea with honey

i have a lot of laundry & cleaning to do, not to mention the essential grocery shopping for fruit & other necessities... but really what i want to do is lie on the couch and read. so i think i shall do that first.......
