damn i am tired. and so glad i did not cook tonight. let's look at my todo list:
  • weed through old clothes to give away
  • vacuum floors
  • mop floors
  • wash/dry/put away laundry
  • put clean sheets on bed
  • clean kitchen
  • clean bathroom
  • set up coffee
by the time i was done all this i was hungry again. not surprising given my wimpy dinner. i made a fun snack by crumbling up a whole foods' yummy granola bar and adding some newly acquired blueberries:

whole foods' granola bar, blueberries, chobani plain, and a honey drizzle
** 1 starch, 1 protein, 2 other, 1 dairy, 1/2 fruit **

and now i'm nibbling on these... more of my vday candy loot. i think i'm candied out now, but it's fun to eat sugar once in a while.

a bit unbalanced, and perhaps even a bit skimpy considering the running. i'm trying hard right now not to judge myself on what i could have done better, or point out the "less nutritious" foods. i should be proud of myself for everything i have accomplished in the past few weeks, but it is so easy for me to see one fault as "out of control."
