to run or not to run?

that was the question on my mind this morning. i woke up at 6 thinking... hmmm why did i wake up this early? and then i realized i had planned to go running, since it would be 50°+ out. i was/am a bit sleep-deprived, but i told myself i'd feel better after a run. and now that i'm post-run, i think that's true, but perhaps the extra sleep would have been better. recovery from an eating disorder + exercise is a difficult mix to manage.

i had the other half of the cranberry granola bar pre-run. i know rationally that this was a wimpy snack, but i have trouble with the idea of 2 breakfasts (or what seems like it, anyway).

** 1/2 starch, 1 other **

i came back and showered, and then i was s.t.a.r.v.i.ng.

fulllll bowl (though my bowls aren't huge) of pb puffins, heritage flakes (mostly @ the bottom), frozen cherries, and soymilk, plus a small bowl of strawberries
** 2 starch, 1 dairy, 1 fruit **

and my lunch packed, in parts:

lunch & morning snack
morning snack - cup o' grapes
lunch - another hummus/tabouli/spinach/baby corn/shredded cheese wrap (trying to use up the tabouli before the 'best eaten by 2/15' date), plus carrots
** 1 fruit / 2 starch, 1 protein, 1 dairy, 2 veg, 1 other **

and a pic of the unwrapped wrap (my wrap did not look so beautiful afterwards, so this is all you get). the cheese is shredded/crumbled monterey jack... the only sliced/unopened cheese i had so i decided to give it a try...

afternoon snack - cropped pic from yesterday - the snack i didn't get to (still in the fridge @ work)

chobani vanilla, kashi cinna-raisin-crunch as a mix-in
** 1 dairy, 1 starch **
